To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 10 days of receiving item(s).
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All tags and original packaging (i.e shoe boxes) intact.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We do not accept returns on cosmetics, earrings, or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
All returns will be inspected before we issue a store credit, and we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions. We do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, color, or alternative item(s), you can place a new order using your store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months time after issuance. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
We process all of our returns within 4 days of receiving your item(s), after which you will receive an email with your return approval information when the return has been received and inspected.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
